The steel fireproof and soundproof door frame and door leaf are made of cold-rolled steel with a thin steel plate (stainless steel) surface layer, filled with fireproof porous sound-absorbing material to achieve high damping characteristics with low acoustic coupling. The door frame, lintel, and threshold are also made of profile steel to ensure sufficient strength and support rigidity.

Double special elastic stops (sealing gaskets) and clamping devices are installed around the door leaf to completely eliminate sound leakage caused by "holes" and "gap". The door frame is filled with fireproof and soundproof material and covered with steel plate. Rubber strips are installed in the sealing grooves at the door frame stops.

The door leaf is made of bent thin steel plate, with steel reinforcing ribs longitudinally set on the inner side of the outer and inner panels. A sealing groove is provided along the edge of the outer panel, with a magnetic sealing strip fixed inside.

The edge of the inner panel protrudes into an angled cutting edge, pressing tightly against the rubber strip on the door frame for a seal. This fireproof and soundproof door is lightweight, fireproof, and has good sound insulation properties, making it suitable for use in buildings such as recording studios, broadcasting studios, and computer rooms that require high fireproof and sound insulation performance.
