Steel fireproof and soundproof doors consist of a door frame, door leaf, and hardware.

Door Frame: Manufactured using high-quality domestic cold-rolled steel plates and a unique process, ensuring the door leaf will not deform, sag, or tilt even under prolonged load.

Door Leaf: Manufactured using high-quality domestic cold-rolled steel plates and a unique process, the door leaf thickness is designed for lightweight construction (≤56mm, standard soundproof door); double doors can reach sizes of 10m x 10m or more, and can be easily opened by one person.

Hardware: Equipped with special mechanical roller automatic tightening devices and heavy-duty bearing hinges, ensuring a tighter airtight seal between the door leaf and the door frame's soundproofing strips for optimal sound insulation.

Structure: The door features a robust structure, a rational overall design, and heavy-duty bearing hinges, allowing for smooth and easy opening and closing. It will not deform or tilt even under prolonged load, ensuring durability.

Performance: High sound insulation performance (National Standard Class I, Rw≥45 and above), excellent overall sound insulation performance with excellent isolation effect on mid and low frequencies, meeting the national HJ-T 379-2007 soundproof door technical requirements. High fire resistance (fire resistance test ≥1.2h), high fire resistance stability, integrity and heat insulation.
